Crawford's Convalescent Home
The building was a state home for wayward boys. In 1954, James Crawford purchased it from the state and turned it into a nursing home. In 1968, new buildings were constructed on the property. On June 18, 2002 a fire gutted the old structure, but luckily it was vacant and no one was injured.
